Our Concept
Daphne’s is the cocktail bar and bistro that Westhampton Beach has been craving. World class bistro fare inspired by the Mediterranean, insanely creative cocktails and amazing music. We’ve created a space that’s inspired by the beach. Sexy and cosmopolitan, but never stuffy. And yes, it’s vibey.
Our Team
We’re a team made up of chefs, restaurateurs, tech entrepreneurs, DJs and food lovers. Our team is seasoned, having worked with industry titans such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Wolfgang Puck, Gordon Ramsey, Laurent Tourondel and Westhampton’s own Starr Boggs. What we have in common is our affection for Westhampton Beach, and our shared vision to create a cocktail bar and bistro that this town needs and deserves.
Our Food
We wanted to create approachable bistro food with an emphasis on quality. We’ve created a diverse menu made up small bites, local fish and Mediterranean inspired American fare. The menu is also peppered with classics like steak frites and some fun surprises we can’t wait for you to try! And on Monday evenings, we host Westhampton’s famous Lobster Bake.
When possible, our ingredients are locally procured. we serve fish from Haskell’s dayboats, meats from Justin’s Chop Shop, Mecox Bay dairy cheeses and veggies from the Saturday farmers market. To further satisfy our passion for being locally driven, we will be growing most of our herbs right in our own patio garden.
Our Music
As a team, we’re deeply obsessed with music. We know in our hearts that the right music coupled with great food, drinks and service can create memories that last forever. We want to bring some swagger to Westhampton, and are confident we have the best music east of New York City! We play three playlists at our place (just search Spotify):

Our “After Dark” playlist might just be our favorite. Filled with bangers from the golden era of Hip Hop, with the best artists and tracks from the late 90s and early 2000s. You’ll hear Gang Starr, Mos Def, Nas, Jay, Biggie, Mobb Deep, Tribe, The Roots etc. We could go on forever.
We’re not a nightclub, but we expect you to get your groove on. Tell your friends…better yet, bring them!
